Had she been working the case all along as a spy for the Owls, manipulating the Knights as they investigate the cult and Bruce's murder, the impact of the reveal would've registered better.
Firstly, Sophia is only introduced in Episode 7, so there's no emotional attachment to a character who could have entered the fray earlier. The Sophia Greene reveal is very anticlimactic to say the least.
